Representatives from UP University attended an EUI meeting organised by the European Commission on February 27: “Shaping the Future: European Universities alliances for a Competitive Europe”. Josep Bau Macia from UVIC-UCC, Mira De Moor from Artevelde UAS and Griet Naeyaert, UP University Coordinator, together with representatives from seven other European University Alliances with a Seal of Excellence, pleaded to the European Commission to fully recognise sealed alliances.
The seven Sealed Alliances gathered the day before, on February 26, to decide on a common strategy to ‘lobby’ for this with the European Commission.
